Board of Directors

Qualifications:

Our Board of Directors consist of no less than four (4) members

A Pastor or President,
Vice President or Assistant Pastor,
A Secretary and
A Treasurer

All Directors must be individual members of M.N.A.M.-F.C.M or M.N.A.M.-Faith Crusade Missions and has been expected to retain that office for life, or until he/she resigns, or is no longer able to perform his/her duties.
We select our directors from elections set up among our general membership . This process takes approximately no less that 30 days. There are special circumstances when elections are not held. This allows vacancies to be filled through a special selection process reserved only for the board. This can only be done when time is extremely important.

What is involved in being a board member?

The board is responsible for many thing which makes the job very taxing and difficult, especially for those who are not dedicated to the causes of the group. There are fund raising chores, record keeping, and recording the progress of the corporation. Many issues are decided upon constantly and require hours of research, and time away from home. This can consist of

The formation or creation of a community program or programs,
The acquisition of an established project and
The planning and implementation of these projects in a hostile enviroment.

To help in keeping energy and maintain new innovative methods, we are constantly seeking new members. These members will be trained and allowed to advance their causes as dictated to them through "the Spirit within".
